New Bikini Body Bootcamp starts Jan 4th

Imagine yourself lighter, looking better, full of energy and excited about putting on those skinny jeans you haven’t been able to fit into since your high school days. Hyper Fight Fitness can make this dream a reality through one of our powerful body transformation programs. Our bikini body bootcamp program consists of dynamic workouts designed to assist you in losing weight, building and/or maintaining muscle, and sculpting a toned, sexy body. Our workouts will make you sweat, leave you sore, and integrate you into the fitness lifestyle. Our trainers know that the best way to help our clients achieve the body they desire is through a combination of movements that keep the body guessing and adapting. A typical week consists of 3 days of training; an upper body split on the first day, a lower body split on the second, and then an integration of both on the third. Be ready to use kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, bosu balls, tires, sledgehammers, jump ropes, rowers, medicine balls and do calisthenics.
We keep our classes interesting by not focusing on one area of fitness, but instead exposing our clients to several different styles of fitness disciplines so that things do not become stale and monotonous. If you participate in our bikini body bootcamp program you will lose weight, you will look better, you will feel better and you will be on your way to integrating yourself to the fitness lifestyle. We’ve found the most difficult thing to do in our program for our guests aren’t the workouts themselves, but the mental transformation required to experience fitness from a perspective where it doesn’t feel like you’re rowing a boat against a current. Our coaches will help you learn how to overcome these mental barriers that hold so many people back from achieving the body of their dreams, the only thing you have to do is show up.
