Even if you can't physically see the results in front of you, every single effort is changing your body from the inside.
Long story – short. I started my journey with sports when I was 15 years old – in Poland. Since that time I went through all different types of sports like: running, swimming, mountain biking, kayaking, rock climbing, windsurfing, skiing, horseback riding and of course martial arts: kyokushin karate & kickboxing.
Back in Poland at the age of 17 I trained and worked intensely as a Lifeguard. At age of 19 I started to compete in: mountain biking, triathlons, lifeguarding, and skiing all over Europe.
At 21 years old I started studying Physical Education and Tourism. It was a type of education that intrigued me very much. I learned gymnastics and judo; at the same time I represented my school in mountain biking, swimming and rowing competitions. It was truly something I loved to do especially with my competitive nature.
In 2004 I moved to Chicago, USA- where my time started to run much faster and my goals began to grow bigger. Here I added to my list of sports: scuba diving (Instructor in PADI), skydiving (USPA Member), Crossfit (Trainer Level 1), Kettlebell Instructor Level 1, mountaineering, canyoneering , and adventure racing.
I finished all the necessary certifications, CPR (Cardiopulmonary resuscitation) and EFR (Emergency First Response) courses in order to become an athletic instructor. These certificates and knowledge of all types of sports only motivates me to share with others and teach them to my best potential.
In 2008, I opened a fitness gym called Hyper Fight Club, together with my best friend, Andrzej Fonfara. Because of him I started to train boxing.
In 2010, I used boxing skills in The Golden Gloves competitions – successfully making it to the finals.
Since then, I started to train people of all types of abilities, from boxers, athletes, to simply someone trying to learn something new.
Overall, I put my best effort of skills to everything I do, from my gym, to people I train, to any sports I try. I not only enjoy this lifestyle it is my passion, it is my life.
