Are you ready to get into the best shape of your life? Hyper Fight Bootcamps combine cardio, resistance training, plyometrics, core and flexibility training into our unique, fast paced, small group classes. Hyper Fight Bootcamps are ideal for reaching your weight loss and fitness goals!
Each weekly class focuses on different areas and body parts: legs, booty, upper body, and
core to ensure balanced and effective training and results. As an example, you can train LEGS on Mondays, CORE on Tuesdays, UPPER BODY on Wednesdays, BOOTY on Thursdays and FULL BODY on Fridays. This variety of approaches is most effective in improving your overall fitness and strength as each class burns maximum calories!
Hyper Fight Fitness Classes and Bootcamps are held in our crossfit style fitness facility using a variety of circuits and drills with equipment designed for results:
- Russian Style Kettlebells
- Battle Ropes, Jump Ropes and Rope Climbing
- Gymnastics Rings, Plyometrics and Box Jumps
- Rowing, Tire Flipping and Wind Sprints
- Boxing Equipment, Medicine Balls and Heavy Bag Training

Hyper Fight Bootcamps are conducted by our professionally trained and Certified Staff to ensure that your training is safe yet highly effective. Multiple fitness certifications ensure ever changing variety, intensity and motivation over the course of your weekly classes. You WILL be challenged, as this variety different routines for each workout tests your strength and conditioning in a motivating and FUN workout. Classes or generally 55 minutes in length – we stress quality over quantity here at Hyper Fight Fitness!
Why Bootcamps? Are you tired of long hours of running endless loops on a track or a treadmill? With few results to show for your hard work? There is a faster, more effective way to lose weight, gain lean muscle and improve your health and fitness – fast paced, circuit or interval training found in our small group Hyper Fight Bootcamps! Our high-intensity workouts provide proven results through our total-body approach by combining sprints and intervals, plyometrics, bodyweight exercises, and high-intensity boxing and kickboxing movements. Shorter intense workouts with limited rest time in between each guided exercise will get your heart pumping and boost your metabolism as you begin burning calories fast!
Each fitness bootcamp class focuses on different muscle groups to give you a hardcore, total body workout each week. To help you better understand our program we break down the structure for each type of class within a weeks period. You definitely will not want to miss out on any of them!
Our Bootcamp: Legs works by using the large muscles in the legs to burn off calories quickly to help you drop extra fat content. This helps to slim down the legs, hips and butt. On top of this, our exercises will build muscle content (if you don’t have it already) to create definition and shape so that your legs will taper from the thigh in towards the hip and knee, giving you the smooth curve through the quadriceps and hamstrings that is most often associated with dancers legs.
2. Upper Body
The focus in this Boot Camp class is on the major muscles of your upper body:chest, back, shoulders, arms.The bigger muscle groups in the upper body are significant to posture and general health and dictate how you move. We will teach you how to stabilize your joints while performing these major muscle exercises correctly to help reduce chance of injury.
This bootcamp is booty building, butt lifting, thigh toning class that will leave you with a killer lower body, as well as reduced body fat, improved cardiovascular endurance, increased lean muscle mass, functional strength, flexibility and balance.
The focus here is on core strength which is a central issue for many people. Without connecting to and strengthening your core you will have long term difficulty avoiding injury and health issues.
5. Full Body
Here we focus on every muscle in your body from head to toe. Each Full Body class will attend to a particular muscle group and will build up to incorporating each muscle at some point during the workout.
