When thinking of Pushing and Pulling what do you think of? Does a daily basic body movement
you do day to day come to mind? There are 7 essential functional movements we as humans do
on a day to day basis.
1. SQUAT
2. LUNGE
3. HINGE
4. PUSH*
5. PULL*
6. ROTATE
7. Walk
Our Push and Pull classes will target all those movements in under one hour. It is important for
our body to understand and learn how to properly apply these movements in our daily life. Some benefits that come with these Functional Movements are:

A workout is not only going to a gym and performing an exercise not knowing what you are

getting better at them. With our Push and Pull Classes throughout the week, we will be applying
all 7 essential movements and combining them with just Pushing and Pulling full body
exercises. You will see how your body and strength will change at the pace you want it to
change. functional training is aimed at boosting your health and general well-being. Want to

MICROCYCLES
Your body adjusts to repetitive training, so it’s important to change up routines to prevent plateaus. We run our push/ pull circuits for one week, so your body can create muscle memory and go from unable, to able, and become an expert on these movements. Then, once you conquer a microcycle, we shake up our 12 stations and start something new. At our gym the possibilities are endless.

GROUP FITNESS IS FUN. PERIOD.
Our pull/ push classes are plain fun. With music playing and all the positive energy in the room, everyone else working with you, sharing in the struggle and the success, everyone gets fired up to push/pull even harder.
