Youth

Athletic Performance, for athletes ages 12 to 16, begins June 3rd, will take place every Monday and Wednesday at 5pm, coached by Piotr, who is currently working on his Masters in Education to be a high school PE teacher, so you know your child will be in great hands.

Flexibility

Dynamic stretches and mobility exercises to prepare the body for physical activity. Focusing on improving range of motion and preventing injuries.

Fundamental Movement Skills

Teaching basic motor skills like running, jumping, throwing, and catching.  Emphasizing proper technique to build a solid foundation for more complex movements.

Strength and Conditioning

Age-appropriate strength training exercises using body weight, resistance bands, light weights, Kettlebells and more. Conditioning drills to improve cardiovascular fitness, endurance, and overall athleticism.

Speed and Agility Training

Drills to enhance speed, quickness, and change of direction. Use of agility ladders, cones, and hurdles to improve coordination and reaction time.

Balance and Coordination

Exercises to improve balance, stability, and coordination, crucial for all sports. Activities like single-leg stands, balance boards, and coordination drills.

Plyometrics

Explosive exercises such as jumping and bounding to enhance power and speed. Focus on proper landing techniques to reduce injury risk.
