It doesn't matter if you’re looking to level up your fitness while building a boxer’s physique, or you want to step in the ring and spar, we’ve got a path to get you there. Functional boxing techniques are at the center of all we do. Our coaches will ignite your inner fighter while you're surrounded by the most supportive boxing community there is.
Boxing Level 1
This beginners boxing class is open to kids 12y.o and up and provides a fun and challenging workout while also teaching valuable self-defense skills and confidence. It focuses on building endurance and developing technique. This may involve working on footwork, punches, stance, breath work and defensive moves.
Boxing Level 2
The real workouts start! MUST have completed at least 3 months of Boxing Level 1 to partake. Our Boxing Level 2 classes will take your boxing skills, conditioning & core strength, and to the next level. What to expect? Our classes are generally formatted as follows: jump rope, warm up, partner combination drills, heavy bag work, intense conditioning drills, finish with core and final stretch.
Boxing Skills & Drills
Ready to step it up? Then this class is for you. Boxing Skills and drills introduces multiple combinations, explosive footwork drills, slip and block techniques and boxing focused strength and conditioning drills. Work it hard in front of the mirror, then head over to the bag for some intense work and finish in the ring with the coach and some 1 on 1 work. Oh, and don’t worry, we won’t forget to top off class with a great abdominal burn!
Each of our trainers have their own favorite boxing combinations, footwork drills, and will use your body weight, medicine balls, slam balls, battle ropes, dumbbell drills, tire workouts, TRX or partner drills for conditioning and core so that every class is different and your body will never have a chance to get used to the workout.
This isn’t as simple as taking a few classes and thinking you’re ready. You’re going to get tossed around, punched in the face, and you most likely will cry so we want to make sure you’re prepared. You might be able to withstand an hour of Boxing Skills and Drills or Level 2 Boxing but that has nothing on getting wailed on for 3 (which feels like 30) min straight.
