Step One. Book.
Book your first session using the MindBody app or contact us directly to get you set up. We look forward to your first session!
Step Two. Prepare.
Arrive 30 minutes prior to the session. A team member will ask you about your fitness goals as well as any physical limitations or injuries we should know about. Please bring GYM DESIGNATED SHOES, as no street shoes are allowed on our gym floor.
Step THREE. BUILD. Burn. BOX.
The coach will explain how to do each floor movement, exercise or punch. Be sure to listen closely. Our coaches are here to help and will correct your form or technique if needed.
Step four. repeat.
