
Spring Sweat FITNESS Challenge
Hyper members, get your sneakers on and your MYZONE Physical Activity Belts ready for our Spring Sweat fitness challenge! Whether you want to reignite your New Year’s resolution or just get in tip-top shape, we have some extra motivation for you to sweat it out!
Our Myzone Spring Sweat challenge is officially ON and we are looking for 16 challengers!
MYZONE tracks your heart rate and intensity level in real time and displays it on the TV screens around the gym. You will see your progress—and other exercisers’ progress—live on screen in the form of color-coded tiles, indicating your heart rate zone, calories burned, and intensity level.
Fitness Challenge Format:
- MUST accept your invite in the Myzone app by Sunday, March 30th to be included in the official brackets!
- You’ll be competing in a head-to-head bracket, but there’s a twist – you’ll be randomly matched against another member in the first round!
- Each round, you’ll race to rack up the most MEPs (MyZone Effort Points) from April 1st April 30, with 1 day rest between the rounds
- Round winners will advance to the next round, climbing the bracket until the final victor stands tall!
- All activities count, so weather you are hitting the turf, the rubber , the ring or run outside, all blue, green, yellow, red MEPs count ( no gray)
