Our 60 minutes Full Body, Lower Body, Core & Cardio, and Upper Body workouts take some aspects of HIIT, crossfit, powerlifting, endurance training, tabata, weightlifting, plyometrics, agility drills, speed training, and cardiovascular exercises and create a sessions that optimize your fitness level and give you proven results that you deserve. Our training programs build self-confidence, increase muscular strength, endurance, enhance explosive power, improve flexibility, speed, and agility. Our sessions will energize and motivate you to take your fitness to the Next Level!
CrossTraining
Our hour long classes are designed to give you a fun full- body workout each and every time. We borrow the best training techniques from Olympic athletes and scale these movements to your level. We train like the gymnasts, the track and field athlete, and the weightlifter. We challenge ourselves through games and sport. And most of all... we have FUN doing it together.
HIIT
HIIT is more like a method of training. As the name suggests, high intensity interval training, the key is to keep the intensity high for a particular interval, and repeat. Which is what we do at . There is no particular exercise or rule that can be applied for HIIT. You may do any exercise our classes or resistance training, just that it should be split into intervals of ON and OFF. Just make sure you give it your all when you are ON!!cardiovascular fitness.
Mobility & Recovery
Our Mobility & Recovery class is designed to help you restore range of motion, reduce muscle soreness, and improve flexibility so you can train harder — and smarter. Whether you’re lifting heavy, boxing hard, or just feeling tight from sitting all day, this session targets stiff joints, tight muscles, and movement imbalances through guided stretching, breathwork, and low-impact mobility drills. Perfect for all fitness levels, this class combines dynamic mobility, active recovery, and therapeutic movement to leave you feeling refreshed, recharged, and ready for your next workout.
Mat Pilates
Our Mat Pilates class is a low-impact powerhouse that targets your core, improves posture, and strengthens the muscles that support everyday movement. Using controlled, precise movements and breathwork, you’ll build deep core strength, improve flexibility, and enhance body alignment — all from the mat. Just your body, your breath, and expert coaching to help you feel longer, leaner, and more centered after every session.
Strength Training
Our Strength Training class focuses on helping you build real, functional strength — not just for the gym, but for everyday life. With expert coaching and progressive programming, you’ll learn how to safely lift, push, pull, squat, and carry using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight. This class isn’t about bulking up — it’s about becoming stronger, more confident, and more capable with every session.
