At Hyper Fight Fitness, we don’t rely on motivationβ€”because let’s be honest, motivation is flaky.

On June 1 we kick off the LBD project with workout for all the ladies. During the 4 weeks you can pick from any class you see on the schedule: Bootcamps, HIIT, Strength, Cardio Boxing, Cross Training, Strength & Conditioning and Mobility. All together 13 classes to get you moving.Β 

NUTRITION

Eating better doesn’t mean eating like a rabbit. We have some of our favourite family friendly recipes for you. The meals are designed in such a way to be flexible so you can make it work for YOU, YOUR life and YOUR schedule (because we are all different so why should we follow the same meal plan!)

Success Resources

To put you in the best position ever to live a happy, positive, successful and confident life. We provide you with some real actionable steps to help you track and manage your recovery to ensure you are without a doubt going to achieve your goals.Β 

Community

Our private facebook group is just for those who are doing the program so that you can ask those questions that just pop up in your mind. This is a safe space to provide encouragement, motivation and support.Β

We hold you to a higher standard than you may hold yourself, because if your not accountable to someone, only YOU know if you did or didn’t do the work. Our focus is on getting you results.Β
